WHY SHOULD I CHOOSE LARKHAM LEISURE?

We are a family operated business and our aim is to operate 5 star holiday parks throughout Yorkshire. All of our award winning parks are presented to a high standard and well kept. We offer great deals for first time buyers and have good long standing relationships with our current holiday home owners. We offer an excellent range of new and pre-owned holiday homes to suit your specific needs.

HOW MANY MONTHS OF THE YEAR CAN I ENJOY THE PARK?

Holiday home parks are not residential, to purchase a holiday home it is industry policy to have a full residential address where council tax is paid. You will need to produce a recent council tax bill on upon purchase.

All our holiday parks are open between 40 and 52 weeks of the year for holiday home owners but please check with the park for the exact dates.

CAN I CHOOSE THE LOCATION OF MY HOLIDAY HOME?

Yes, you have the choice of any pitches available at the time of purchase. Pitches become available from time to time so it’s always worth checking what’s available.

CAN FRIEND AND FAMILY VISIT THE PARK?

Yes, of course.

WHAT DO THE SITE FEES INCLUDE

Site fees cover the security on the holiday park, park maintenance, landscaping, waste collection, up-keep of the park facilities and future improvements.

DO I OWN THE LAND?

No, you are buying a holiday home with the right to occupy the pitch of your choice for as long as you like. You must up keep payments of annual site fees and abide by park rules.

ARE THERE ANY OTHER RUNNING COSTS?

Like owning a car or a holiday home there are running costs including electric, gas and insurance.

DO I NEED A DEPOSIT?

Yes, depending on the value of your purchase you will need a deposit. One of our sales representatives will break down and quote the full purchase for you.

IS FINANCE AVAILABLE?

Yes, we offer competitive finance from Black Horse Finance.

PART EXCHANGE

Ever thought about upgrading your existing holiday home, tourer or motor home for something special with Larkham Leisure?

If the urge to hook up your caravan week to week has gone or you currently have a holiday home but have fallen out of love with your existing park, ask any of our sales representatives about a part exchange with Larkham Leisure. We can arrange a full appraisal of your unit and in most cases the part exchange can be part payment or deposit to own the holiday home of your dreams.
